All orders are delivered through cash on delivery (COD).
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation through phone or SMS.
We deliver nationwide in Bangladesh.
Delivery time may vary depending on location but usually takes 3–5 working days.
Please keep your phone reachable to ensure smooth delivery.
Customers must check and receive the product in front of the delivery person.
After accepting the product, no return or refund will be allowed.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse to accept it during delivery.
You must provide accurate delivery information.
In case of delivery failure due to wrong information or unavailability, Pagla Ghora will not be held responsible.
